The machine is always lower than my HRM. So you should be safe with that number. The best thing to do is get a HRM. You will never workout the same.

Really that seems high.. I heard sleeping at your lowest HR you burn 50 calories and hour... Hmm so maybe your right.

I dont see how thats true if the heart rate is never lost. Like I said I was wearing it as a test bc I work at a high end hotel that is fast pace. Working on your feet burns more calories oppose to being on your booty (lol)........

What do you mean? I wanted to test how many calories I burn at work while on my feet. I was curious. I wasnt subtracting the calories lost againt how much I ate......

LMAO I just had some peanuts :) mmmmmmmm I posted that bc I was doing research. This girl at work joined this boot camp thing and part of her diet plan is no peanuts! Sorry but diet plans like that are useless to me. Strict = FAILURE in my opinion bc thats not a realistic approach to a diet/lifestyle change.

Stability balls do not suck at all. They add core training to some exercises. I see a lot of trainers use them too!! I do agree on your weight machince comment. It is the came thing.

This exactly what I do. I usually do machines for 25-45 mins then I do floor workouts!! I have been posting my workouts so check them out if oyu need I ideas. Also do what id working you out the most. If the videos are intense stick with those. You are getting a better workout.

Watch Rocky and boxing movies. They always show them working out. My fav is when Rocky is running at an incline on the tredmill!!

The body doesnt digest it fast like the other veggies. It is considered a gassy food. It is in the same category as beans. I think thats if you eat it raw all the time though.

The best solution id a HRM it will give you an accurate reading based on your height, age, and sex.

There is no muscle there only ligaments and tendons; so you are SOL and with the amount of calories you are eating / your goal weight (if it was possible) you wouldnt be able to gain any muscle there anyways. Can I ask a personal question. Why the double digit weight goal? Thats really thin and not a good thin.
