Maybe you are not walking slow enough and thats why your HR isnot going down much. Why would you take calories off? If your HR is up your burning calories it doesnt matter what you are doing, If you were lying there and your HR was 189 then you HR is 189 and your burning calories.

Only cardio: Jump Rope Routine 4 rounds 4 mins - jump 30 x's and mark on paper 1 min - Leg up/downs (one ab exercise) Then repeat 4 times and there is 20 mins. Sorry but it is true. Walking doesnt burn much and nither does swimming. My HR doesnt get too high while swimming. If I swim its not for the exercise its just bc I feel like it.

I dont know if you came across my forum a while ago but I was haVing trouble with my polar bc I wasnt washing it correctly. Make sure you are washing it after each session and once a week you are suppose to wash it in the washing machine but DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER,

So true thats why I stopped doing Spin Class!! I would look at my HRM and it would be only like 430! It would infurate me bc I could loose so many more doing my own cardio or workout!

No the HRM is custom to your lbs, height, and sex. It is much more accuate. What are you doing on Wii Fit?

That is not good advice - Trainers tell you to do cardio after weight lifting. Where did you get your information?
