apparently I have shingles... and they are painful, VERY painful.... I was on morphine until yesterday & Dr has loaded me up with prescriptions for more ( that I likely wont take- I'm a suffer it out kinda girl) ... Dr didnt mention anything about restricting exercise ( I go back Wednesday)

its really NOT in my plan to not exercise for the next 5 days and possibly more....

suggestions?

Walk if you can but be careful for your clothes touching the painful areas. I feel so sorry for you! Shingles HURT and can last for months.
  • OMG! My doc told me I can't work-out till they're gone.

I just can't correlate how the calories uses the muscles blah blah

and then the shingles become active.

    Its a weird subject.

    AND IT THEY ARE PAINFUL!!!

I can't workout for TWO WEEKS. :( Till they're gone!
