Yea I was the one who posted that lol. I cleaned it and it is working but it kept going in and out and I had to keep adjusting it bc it of my bra.

Yes I know!! I think its bc I wear a bra with my sports bra but I hate if they move at all and I dont like looking like a 10 year old boy with the 2 sports bras. I want a polar bra so bad!!!

Ok I understand your in the medical profession but dont knock down what I said. I know how to take a pulse too; from my CNA training. I tested my app by taking my pulse right after.

Yep that is exactly why you are getting the pain. Too much leg exercises. You do not need a doctor. Try my workouts. I have a feeling you would like them bc Its calisthenics.

No Athletes can go down to 30's that just means you have a super healthy heart.

For woman it is 70 - 100 The lower the healthier your heart is. Mine is 64 what was yours. Your suppose to take it befoe you get out of bed or havent been doing anything for an hour or so. There are smart phone apps that take your heart rate. The one on the IPhone is dead on!

What are your workouts? You need to start doing exercises that are hard on the knees in separate workouts. For example don't do heavy cardio like running (hard on the knees) the same day you are doing intense lunges. My HRM is out of order at the moment. Usually a workout like that can range from 650 to 800 Give or take. I am lost with out my HRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :sad:

Thanx :) The winter was bad this year. I gained 10 lbs :sad: so I have to get back down! Having a thin bf doesnt help bc he thinks I can eat what he eats. YOU MEN JUST DONT GET IT!! LOL

My resting heart rate is 61 (patting self on the back thats really good) and it says I should be at heart rate 130. It is just to low for me. I am usually in the 170's to 180's. Yesterday I didnt go over 158 and I felt frustrated bc it wasnt hard enough. If thats what I need though I have to work harder and not working out…

Last night I washed it! This morning I put it on and it worked!!!!!!!!!!! BUT 20 mins later my HR went to 00 :( I was so mad then I realized it probably dried up. I heard that id its not consistanly wet it wont pick up. So the ultimate test is tonight!!!

DAMN HER!! (lol jk) In order to get the best reading is a heart rate monitor. I burn way more calories than it says on here bc of the intensity I do them at. Sorry I thought you were the girl in your pic. What is your goal, how often do you work out, are you trying to build a lot of muscle, and are you going for the fit look or the muscular look? I am asking because depending on your goal would determine if you should be interval/circuit training.

I just found this out so I will get back to you in a couple days. I was going to try and clean it good in the sink and then wash it so it might be a couple days until I know. I was going to send mine in to and she said to wash it in the washer first.,

Yes make sure you adjust your rope to your height or it will whip you and not work correctly. Also if you get frustrated and whip yourself 100000000x put the rope aside and pretend you have the rope in your hands to get your foot work down for a week or so.
