skinnytaste website had some home made chicken nuggets .. white chicken breast w/olive oil and panko and bread crumbs. it didn't come out as crunch as I thought. and a pack of trail mix.

canned tomatoes w/a tablespoon of tomato paste, could make a nice little sauce. Simmer for 10 mins or so. Add onion, garlic, or seasoning as desired. but yes.. that would work.
