I love Zumba also...if you really want to save, go to youtube...they have tons of Zumba classes on there AND you can create your own Zumba playlist...I have several and they last for 1 hour...you can make the playlist as long or short as you like :)

we fall down...but we get up...try try try again and again...you will get it :)

water is a great weight loss supplement....before you eat...drink a full glass of water...guarantee you'll eat less than you would have....really works

if Zumba is a "fad" its the best one i've ever participated in!! lol.....i love it...it wears me out!! whew!...i was logging it under "aerobic dancing" but then i saw someone post the Zumba website where you can calculate the calories burned so try that :)
