I'm doing LC/HF as well! I've been doing this way of eating since april 1, 2016 and I'm down 21lbs so far.

I started it last Tuesday and so far I love it. I have lost 7lbs so far.. I have changed my eating completely, no more sweets for me. I have a hard time getting in enough calories everyday. I have to force myself to eat because I am not hungry at all....

I'm just wondering how everyone is doing or how well they did on Phentermine? I started taking it on 8/21/13 & I've already lost 7 pounds.

Well I'm still 195, I never lost anything! I will definitely have a loss next monday.... The weekends are so tough for me! I list the weight once before and I will do it again! Well as of this morning myweight is still the same..No change! I didn't do well with my eating over the weekend but I did manage to complete all of the challenges....

Well yesterday was better than the previous day! I went to zumba and burned a good amount of calories! As of today I'm gonna stay under calorie goal, drink my water and exercise thus evening when I get home from work. I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday .

I had a very rough day yeaterday with my eating! I ate way to many calories!!! But today is a new day and I'm starting over. :)

Here are my goals for this week: 1. Lose 2lbs 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Exercise everyday 4. Stay under my calorie goal I've already did today's challenge. :)
