Without being able to see your diary it's hard to know if you are eating properly and the right amount. You said you were on 1200 calories and losing and then added in exercise and are not losing. I'm working towards eating foods with more than 4 or 5 ingredients. Soups and stews are stressful for me. I don't eat food from someone if I have never seen their kitchen. I don't eat the pointy, crunchy ends of french fries (fry tails), I pick them off and set them aside. My family and friends get the biggest giggle out…

I love food porn! My hubby is a big fan of The Chive and when they have food pics he knows to come share with me! Here in the UK there are commercials from M&S and they have the best food porn. I'm currently lusting after their apple strudel. :blushing:

Oatmeal, oatmeal and yeah oatmeal. Some of the flavours smell so good and it's so good for you. I can not get it into my mouth, the second I do I start to gag.

I hated it in the beginning but love it now! I do 40 minutes max at a time. Since my knee injury, this and the stationary bike are the best exercises. Now the bike, I hate! I do the 'cardio burn' option on the elliptical and boy do I sweat.

I have changed up to seeded wheat breads, wheat pasta, etc. Reading all the info. about the side effects of adding too much too fast has hit a chord with me :( what can I do to get these symptoms to subside? I don't want to cut back and re-add, will it eventually balance out as my system gets used to it?

I take the bus into town and walk the 1 + mile to the gym. The bus only takes correct change and I didn't have it. I thought about not going and just doing the Wii, but I put my shoes on and walked all the way, 3+ miles then walked it back after working out.

You can and you will do this. I so wish I was at 26 lbs lost right now, what you've accomplished is amazing. You are so close to 'onederland' and it is such an amazing feeling when you achieve that. Get some new goals and workout routines and just keep going.
