Grrrrr would love spinach, not available at Subway here in my part of the UK.

I am so thankful for iPod. Ever since I got one 6 years ago, i've stopped listening to the radio! They spout that crap just for ratings. Besides when I did listen to the radio I heard more commercials, yapping and the same songs over and over. I don't miss it.

I'm allergic to artificial sweetners, they trigger massive migraines. I've never tried Stevia, I think I will stick with my sugar. My parents had a restaurant when I was a kid. I remember helping and stocking little pots with Sweet n Low packets and I remember reading a warning on the packet: Has been shown to cause cancer…

Look at that awesome downward trend! Well done :)

Oh awesome! Placing my Tesco order tomorrow for Monday delivery, so looking for that. Thanks!!! Happy froggie :)

Congrats on your weight losses so far and the new scales. Those bad boys are right sexy!

You are beautiful inside as well as outside! Your story really touched me. I'm so glad that your husband is cancer free and I hope he remains that way. I am struggling with a bad knee injury, it really slows me down. I used it as an excuse, but no more. With all the hurdles you face every day and still managed to change…

Not fair! We have only plain LC cheese here in the UK, well at least that's all I've been able to find. Sad froggie :(

While I have posted the final goal for Halloween I would like to set a goal for next week if that's okay? I want to go to the gym at least 3 days (if my knee holds up) and do 25 miles. This is starting on Monday :)
-
Oh I like the sound of this as I may or may not be an actual Witch ;) I have been battling sickness and injury for so long that I fear making goals, but I will give it a shot. I would love to be down 10lbs by All Hallows Eve and clock at least 200 miles in walking/stationary bike/elliptical.

Congrats! It's almost like getting a new wardrobe :)

For existential reasons, The Dalai Lama. I went to hear him speak in Denver many years ago. He's fascinating. I think we would have something vegetarian or fish maybe??? For the pure thrill...Prince! I LOVE him, I love his music, I could talk for days with him and yes it would for sure be vegetarian and chocolate

Sour dill pickles. And you CAN'T find them in the UK. All the pickles are sweet :( So I import Vlasic Kosher Dills from an American food company online. I love them so very, very much. I would have 10,000 of their pickle babies...

There is a great recipe section here on the boards!

Well done! I was as the hospital on Wednesday and my blood pressure was 117/78, can't complain about that!

I just usually walk past hubby and say 'my uterus hates me' he leaves me alone for the next 7 days. Researched the divacup, it's called the Mooncup here in the UK, gonna check it out, thanks!

Oh great article, thanks!

Wow, you look amazing! Well done and what a great reward! It's always nice to have something to look forward to. :)

I am self employed. I am a proofreader for a market research company and an executive administrator for a local wedding photographer. I am currently working in my living room wearing my fav jeans and a t-shirt, fuzzy slippers and have a dog laid out next to me. I LOVE my job!

In June I suffered a bad knee injury, torn ACL, MCL and Meniscus. It took 8 weeks before I could get back to the gym. My PT has me doing elliptical and bike to loosen things up and absolutely no leg weights until I have full mobility! I would hold off on any lower body workouts till you see your doctor and they tell you…

I only log if I do enough that I sweat.

I suffered a bad knee injury in June. I have only been able to get back to the gym the last 3 weeks and had to cut my time on the elliptical in half, down to only 20 minutes. On Tuesday I was able to do 30 minutes!

My right calf was my first and only hurt because I expected it to be painful. Was more like a bad sunburn. Left shoulder wasn't too bad, he hit this nerve that made my muscle jump and I got yelled at :( Easiest one was on my left boob, no pain but as you can imagine it was a bit awkward. Oh and the seatbelt in the car was…
