Grrrr they have sucralose in them, I'm allergic. Why can't they make a yummy flavouring that doesn't have artificial sweetners?

That's awesome! This game is never far from my mind. For Christmas I'm asking for the Runner 5 t-shirt.

I love books and didn't want to use an e-reader till I got one for Mother's Day. I love it and I found a great site called pixel of ink that has books daily for...FREE. I've discovered a lot of new authors this way. When we moved to the UK from the US I couldn't afford to ship my 27 boxes of books :( wish I'd had a kindle…

I haven't done the supply missions so I have those 7 tucked away in case they don't get the 2nd season out before I'm done. Leigh I can't believe you don't have Zombie Chase on! That's the best part! It sufficiently panics me enough that I run faster. LOL

I thought this was chit chat, fun and games...I think it was all a bit tongue in cheek....If you bite your cheek and a chunk comes off and you swallow it do you log it??? Celery is great if it's chopped really small, cooked in a stew and disguised as meat!

When we were getting ready to move we did research a lot of the villages and towns. My husband works in Harrow and we needed to be on a train line so he can get to work. We are are about 40 minutes by train out of Harrow in Bucks and love it. I spent most of my life in Missouri, Texas and finally Colorado. There are some…

We moved here 5 years ago and haven't looked back! So lets see. We don't own a car and don't really need to, we are on one of the train lines and have access to the underground so you can get just about everywhere. People do walk here a lot and it's pedestrian and bike friendly. House prices are insanely high.…

I make a base salad: Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion and salad crisp corn. I then mix in stuff during the week to keep it interesting, like grilled chicken, mandarin orange segments, seed mix (sesame, pumkin) tuna and reduced fat grilled halloumi and grilled salmon. Simples!

If you have a GP, start there and maybe they can refer you to a Dietician, if that's what you really want. But I agree with the others, use the resources here. Good luck!

I had to quit Anne Rice, too much history. I get lost in it all and as they go on my eyes tend to glaze over and I realize that I don't remember what I just read!
-
Yeah that was me too. But I'm a bit OCD and can't not finish a book.

I read "Historian" it was so long. I liked parts of it, but felt that it didn't really go anywhere.

Typically at about 20% loss is when others will notice. I'm at 20 lbs lost and I have had to drop a size in jeans and I notice things fitting better but it took some time. I haven't lost much in inches either. You'll get there. Don't give up. Feel free to add me if you need support.

I'm 40 something. Kids are grown and on their own. I never liked them anyway! (just kidding, maybe...) Loving the empty nester lifestyle, feel free to add me if you want!

We were in Munich last year and I loved every second. Your daughters are so lucky to have this experience! I am from Stuttgart and family in Dusseldorf. I don't speak the language anymore :( I think that would be the only thing holding me back from moving to Germany.

I lived in the USA for most of my life, we moved to the UK 5 years ago. If I had my choice I would move back to my home country of Germany. UK has been a dream for hubby and I. We are perfectly happy here.

I burned through 2 HRM at about £20 each, you get what you pay for. So now I have invested in a Polar FT4 at £50. So far so good!

When you buy a scale, it doesn't have to be anything expensive, I bought a digital scale for £7. It is amazing when you see what an actual portion is. I was eating healthy muesli cereal and just poured into my bowl what I thought was a serving. Ooops it wasn't, I was way over eating it. Now I put my bowl on the scale and…
