I wonder where you can buy just one package to try. I'm going to have a peek on amazon.

Well done! You should be very proud. I had knee surgery 6 weeks ago and am hoping to get the all clear on Friday to start it again.

Congrats on moving and losing the weight you already have!

It's good that it's just the MCL. It will take time but it will heal. I've torn my MCL twice now and am 3 weeks post knee arthroscopy for torn miniscus and I have a small grade 1 tear in my ACL. Listen to the doctors, don't push it.

Bumping for the scampi recipe.

After my workout my heart rate usually is up or at my ideal burn rate for less than 10 minutes. So I don't count those few calories, it's really not much at least not enough to matter. This is my opinion and certainly may not be fact.

Your best bet is to invest in a heart rate monitor. My dreadmill under calculates, MFP over calculates, my HRM sits somewhere in the middle.

This is awesome, I just made a big bowl of egg salad this morning. I entered my ingredients into the recipe builder, using 10 eggs and 175g of Hellmanns light mayo, half fat soured cream and a bit of dijon, a few spices and dill. 100g is 176 cals. I don't think that's too bad!

Helenium you have come such a long way! You inspire me daily, i'm glad to have you on my friends list. Oh and love the pole pictures! Well done! xx

Pete everyday that I log into MFP you continue to be an inspiration to me! I have watched you make such an amazing change over this past year. I know I still have a long way to go, but once I have healed from this surgery, I will look to you for support and inspiration! Best of luck to you and your wife in your amazing new…

Wow that is completely awesome! You don't even look like the same guy. Congrats and good luck on the rest of your journey! :drinker:

11 Quality Time, which fits us perfectly as we really do enjoy going places together, new experiences and just watching a movie. After 18 years I still want him by my side.

This is good info. thanks for posting. I am going in for knee arthroscopy tomorrow morning and hope to start a bit of running in about 3 weeks. I've signed up for Race For Life in June, I hope to run at least half of it.

I do all the cooking and once or twice a month we go out. I am very fortunate that my husband will try anything I fix. I like Ready2Rock's idea of cooking his favourites but with in a healthy way. Good luck I don't think I would have the patience for a picky eater. :drinker:

When you pay my membership then you can care or comment about what i'm wearing to the gym. Otherwise, leave me and my sweatpants and sloppy t-shirt alone.

Must be the day for this. I wasn't sure if my watch or the strap battery needed replacing, so took the watch into a shop and they tested the battery which was fine, but it reset the watch. I have an email out to Target as well. If I get instructions back from them I will post them here for you, if you'll do the same I…

If you don't want people to comment on your diary, then by all means make it private. If you have people on your friends list that make negative comments or harp on your calories, then get rid of them. If you are saying this is what is working for you and your tired of arguing about it then keep on doing what works for you.
