I weigh in everyday. I know that water weight/PMSing and every other little fluctuation can effect it. BUT it gives me the momentum to try harder for that day if I see the number go up at all. BTW: I found out that I gain about 7 POUNDS the week before I get my period. CRAZY! But I usually drop 5.5 lbs. once I actually…

Both my feet go numb as well. I've loosened my laces and still numb. I do lean back and like another poster said, kind of march on the elliptical when they start going numb. Usually that really helps.

I'm trying to figure this out as well. I've been researching for weeks and can't decide which one. So many of them are manly looking, so I've been trying to find one that is more femine. They all seems to have pros and cons which makes it impossible for me to decide. UGH!!!!

I'm 5'10" and wear 11-12. I always say I'd look stupid with little feet. On a sidenote: My 10 year old daughter wears a woman's size 8. I'm hoping she is going to grow into her feet someday!

It definitely takes longer to notice. I just did my weigh-in with my trainer and she didn't notice any change on me. As she was measuring me, she asked if my jeans were getting too big. With a big grin I replied, "YEP!"

I would be more worried about eating at restaurants then the microscopic bits of bug parts in my Fiber One. Have you ever SEEN a restaurant kitchen?!?!?!? BLAH!!!!!! Darn....now I'm craving a yummy, delicious Fiber One Oats & Chocolate bar. Bugs and all!

There is help!!! I loved the comment about the Overeater's Anonymous. But honestly, at this point, I would NOT be worrying about what you are or aren't eating. (not that that issue isn't important) I would be focusing on getting help with your depression and suicidal thoughts. Those thoughts/feelings could very likely what…

I can't take the credit. A dear friend of mine gave me the idea when I asked her what her reward was. I LOVED the idea and I've been wanting one of those bracelets anyways. Win! Win! Now that I want it, I have to work for it.

We have a FULL gym at my house. My hubby was a weight lifter before he had a serious shoulder injury. I have a $1400 elliptical as well. WE DON'T USE IT!!!! My elliptical has 4 miles on it and I've had it for 5 years. The gym is part of my daily routine. It's in my daily schedule. It's habit. I want to lose approx 100lbs,…

Ha! Ha! You make a very valid point. I guess I'm actually looking for a reason to justify buying those beads. :)

Zumba...I sweat BUCKETS and burn between 800-1000 calories in an hour.

On my days that I do both cardio and strength....I prefer to do cardio first. My body is already nice and warmed up. Plus, I can really push myself and not have to dread the cardio part afterwards.

My sweet addiction is ICE CREAM!!!! YUMMY! I tried Kemp's frozen yogurt last night. It was soooooo good! I think I actually liked it better then regular ice cream. I got the cookies and cream and dribbled a smidge of Hershey's syrup on top. I don't know the exact nutrition off the top of my head, but I do remember there…

Zumba has a ridiculous amount of calorie burn in an hour workout. I had no idea till I had my 1st class this past Saturday. The class was 53 minutes and based on the intensity between moderate to intense the calories burned were between 813-900 + calories in 53 minutes! WOWSERS!!!! It was pretty easy and I EVERYONE sweated…
