  • i would do that, what i found was that i was trying to reward myself.... a suggestion maybe, pre-set your rewards so that you don't get off course. so when your get to 158 buy yourself something that you've wanted for a while, and focus on that... and have another reward waiting at 155....
  • if you can do the elliptical for 60 mins, thats awesome!! i can only do it for about 20 mins.... but what level do you have it on?? training on the just the elliptical is fine, but you need to make it more difficult.... up the level, or add something like ankle weights.

  • the calorie counter looks at your net calories for the day..... if your allowed 2000 calories, but burn 1000 while working out, you could acually eat 3000 cals and be ok.... what you burn is subtracted from what you eat.
