MY TRAINER TOLD ME I GET 2 FREE MEALS A WEEK. IT TOTALLY WORKS AND SOMETIMES I DON'T USE THEM. I'VE LOST 10 LBS IN 5 WEEKS. SO I BELIEVE ITS A GREAT THING TO DO. SO U DON'T FEEL DEPRIVED!!!!
