It's good but EXTREMELY over priced. You can get the same stuff at a healthfood store thats just as good and less expensive.

I will have one done at the end of the year. Had one about 5 years ago. My father is a stage 4 survivor.

Every Sunday we would go and eat these big juicy hamburgers and basket of fries with cheese and Ranch and not share. Mmmmm. Now if we go out I can't eat it all! I have to split it and I still have trouble eating it all. I still don't have problems drinking the beer tho. :drinker:

I have a friend like that too. She ALWAYS, EVERY DAY says how much she needs to lose the weight but she won't do anything about it. Even if she would just log her calories she would be amazed. Noooooo. She likes to eat. A LOT. I just show her successful people who have lost weight in hopes it will stir her motivation to do…

There is also "Half and half" half cream and half milk. I use that.

He is my world. If I couldn't move heaven and earth to keep him hear what could I do but just love him.?. I have seen lives taken fast and just lastnight I saw a woman who was hours away from death earlier this year in a karate class. Only One knows when we are to go. I feel sorry for thoses of you who are so bitter.

Cooking for my family. If it was just me and the hubby that would be ok, but I have 3 kids at home still that don't like what mom and dad eat. Yes I should make them eat the healthlier food, but you know how that gos. Im a taster when I cook and their food tastes better than mine. I taste a lot. Lol!
