I did this for awhile, but just recently switched to 16:8 fasting (16 hour fast, 8 hour feed). It's much more manageable for me. I found myself obsessing over food too much when on the 5:2 fast. Good Luck!

Yes, I am still dieting while TTC. It took me almost 4 years to get to my pre pregnancy weight. I was 8 lbs under my pre preg weight last year, but I've since gained that 8 lbs back. I think that weighing and measuring is probably my downfall here. However, how did I lose 70 lbs without measuring my food? I've eaten processed foods the whole time, and I still lost 70 lbs. I work full time and run a photography business on the side so I don't have a lot of time to prepare food at home.

5'4" 180 before pregnancy. Weighed in at 250 the week I went into labor. Now almost 5 years later I'm back down to 180. Hoping to lose another 30 before we try for another next year.
