I like how it breaks down your information more. I have learned more about myself and what I need to do. It sounds dumb, but the pictures of nutrients help me more than looking at the daily summary on MFP. Also it tells me to get up. You're not the only one. I do the 30 day shred but sometimes modify it when jumping jacks come. LoL working the pelvic floor muscles has helped me though so try that.

I have a magic bullet but it just seemed to puree everything. Thought about getting the nutribullet because I figure blending veggies to get more when I don't eat enough is a good idea. The magic one is cheaper, I do know that. For someone just starting to blend it is a good choice I think. Hope that helps a little...

Yep. same for me. I had IBS and stopped as much dairy as possible and it helped. I mainly have small amounts of cheese and very little milk or I get sick. Hope you feel better!

Will be re-starting it myself tomorrow. I liked it and cant wait to do it again. I didn't do enough after care of my knee though, so I was in alot of pain. So don't forget to do a bit more stretching, icing and any other care then suggested if needed. LoL :tongue:

I'm sorry but thats funny! LoL Anyway... try to keep something on hand like fruit or a small meal bar like kashi or even nutrigrain. It doesn't have to be sugar free but it needs to suit you!!! You're feeding your metabolism, not anyone else's. Just keep it under 200 cals and that should work.

I've only tried one of those, but I don't use them anymore. The only supplements I take are approved by my dr. I would ask them before taking anything else. You need your liver!

For healthy I'm liking Unos Chicago Grill (Columbus) and Subway (Columbus). Fave food but not so healthy is Hooters. LoL I know I'm a chick but their grilled chicken pasta salad is awesome! Place Ohio needs: McAlester's deli. Went there in South Carolina and it was awesome!
