Help to banish the "all or nothing" attitude?
Having an "all or nothing" attitude has hindered my weight loss for some time now. I've stopped having that attitude towards other things, but for some reason I can't shake it for this. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!!!!

Ohioans that love their pets
Im always looking for new places to walk, hike or whatever with my dogs so thought Id see where everyone takes their furry friends. A new favorite is Rising Park in Lancaster off of 33 East. Good hill to climb and paths to walk but go early in the day because its popular!

Very low or no calorie food ideas?
Okay so I was bad and ate McDonald's for breakfast. I only have 551 calories left to eat for the day. Anyone have any ideas for a small or no calories meal? Thanks bunches!

What Vitamins or supplements are you taking?
I take a few. My diary is public so please check it out. I've heard good and bad things about taking anything extra like this but I know I'm feeling better. Heart rate training
I just got a heart rate and gps watch. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this type of working out? I'm mainly walking and working up to jogging. I also plan to use it when I do videos and such to make sure I don't over do it. (I've hurt myself in the past) So far I really like it. The watch is a polar PT60. Got it…
