I take a few. My diary is public so please check it out. I've heard good and bad things about taking anything extra like this but I know I'm feeling better. I'm not into the crazy weight loss supplements with extra caffeine or anything but am always curious to have the knowledge.
Thanks for the info!

I take Santogen multi vitamin! Chewable vitamin C (Only when I have a cold actually) too much Vit C is bad and causes stomach upsets :(! And Omega 3 fish oil capsules! I never log these though. There's no point.

If you are in the UK check out mail order supplements rather than retail, there is a vast difference in pricing. I spent ten years marketing supplements and would recommend Healthspan for price and quality, I worked for their competitors, so I have no love for them only respect. Think their website is www.healthspan.co.uk They may soon increase their price as the tax advantage they enjoy in the channel islands will soon be withdrawn, but they do work on tighter margins than retail.

I take Ginkgo and Ginseng, 1,000 mg Fish oils, 1,000 mg vitamin C and a multi vitamin. If you take any statins take around 100 - 120 mg of co-enzyme Q10 - which I do.

Personally, I don't take any supplements at all. Mainly because for some reason, I always seem to get a bloody cold or something after taking them! The same goes if I eat raw cabbage!

God knows why, I have tried it numerous times, but it is always the same end result.

I know a lot about vitamins and am always trying to read books and search for more to find out what works the best and what is not worth the money.

I take digestive enzymes, aqua flora(anti-candida), garlic, magnesium malate, a men's multivitamin, oregano oil(also anti-candida)

I also took 2 tbsp of raw maca powder and 20 raw cacao beans today.

There is a great book Natural Highs that talks about what vitamins and herbs work for stimulants without negative side effects.

~ The point is there is calories and fat in fish oil and it should be logged. Just sayin'

I am a huge fan of taking vitamins ... most people fall short in one area or another and need the support of a vitamin to oil their " machine " ( body ). I am NOT a fan of any weightloss gimmick and feel that everybody can achieve their own personal goals with hard work, determination and most importantly exercise and good diet !

This is what I take and I log it everyday :

Vitamin World - Mega Vita Gel, 2 Softgels
Nature Made - Acidophilus Probiotic, 3 Tablets
Jarrow Formulas - Coconut Oil - 1000 Mg, 1 softgel
    Nature's Bounty - Resveratrol ( red wine complex ), 1 Capsule
    Nature's Bounty - D3 - 2000 ( 2000 iu ), 1 Softgel
Whole Foods - Hair, Skin & Nails with MSM, 1 Capsule
Bluebonnet - Omega 3*6*9 Plant Based : Flax Seed, Evening Primrose & Borage Oil, 1 Softgel
    Nature's Bounty - 1200mg Fish Oil - Omega 3 & 6, 2 softgels
    Nature's Bounty - Cinnamon Plus Chormium, 2 - 2000mg/Capsules

    Glucosamine/chondriton
    Biotin
Rx strength Amino Acid (L-carnatine - prescribed by my dr)
Vitamin D (5,000 IU - as directed by dr)

    With dinner/before bed:
    Calcium
    Probiotic
    Gingko Biloba
Vitamin B complex with Vitamin C

and I think that might be all.....

Thanks for all the great replies! I do think I need to get with my doctor to see if I need anything specific. I've always wondered if I could be with as crappy as if felt. That could be just my diet and extra weight though. Wish me luck!
