I put my alarm clock on the other side of my bedroom. This way I have to get out of bed to shut it off. The night before I lay out my workout clothes. So once I am out of bed I get changed & start my workout. Good luck finding what works best for you

I am a lot like you and weigh myself everyday. I try to log only once a week but, have been know to log twice when in my favor...just a little bonus cheating :blushing:

I completed C25K and am still going strong. Go at your own pace & if you have to repeat a day or a week that is ok. Do you use a treadmill, if so maybe try out doors. I prefer to run outdoors. Just keep at it & don't give up ~ you won't be sorry. It's a great program  Good luck & feel free to add me for some added…

Weekends in my house are very busy too. I treat the weekends the same as I do week days. I plan meals & try to make time for exercise. Sunday tends to be our leftover day. We try to clean out the fridge so we don't waste any food. I ususally also try to make a larger meal one weekend day. So we can eat off of it for a…

Agree with many other posts. You need to eat more. Add fruit, veggies, protein & fiber to your diet. I bet if you increase your calorie intake you will lose the last 7 pounds. Maybe the 3 meals a day plan isn't working for you. Maybe try 5 mini balanced meals a day. Also, drink plenty of water. It is better to lose weight…

I have never actually followed the diet. But, I do keep their powder shakes on hand for last minute breakfasts on the run. I make it in my travel mug & grab some fruit.

Tosted 100 calorie multi grain english muffin with an egg. Black Coffee. Bananna.

I say just do it...it's only hair & will grow back. If you didn't like it short you don't have to do it again. I live in New England so, I keep my hair short in the summer & long in the winter.

Drink some water. If you still have the craving. Have a small piece & put the rest away (out of site out of mind).

YAY for you!!! You deserve a pat on the back...serving yummy smelling food can be hard to resist. :flowerforyou:

Agree with this. Love cooking with my hubby & son. My son loves to help in the kitchen.

I make one meal for my family. Somedays it's a totally 'diet' friendly meal and other days it's a lighten version of a good ole fashioned comfort food dish. I eat smaller protions then hubby. My one year old son eats everything we give him. We are lucky to not have hit the picky eating phase (yet). I started him young with…

Everyone loses differently. Keep at it!! Don't give up!! Although, I am the opposite of you cause I am not losing pounds but, I am losing inches. Maybe we should join together & so we can lose inches & pounds....lmao

Try increase your protein & fiber. They keep you full longer. Also, I didn't see a lot of fruit & veggies.
-
I don't care if it's cheating...I cram as much food as I can into a level measuring cup. And, I enjoy every last bite of it!!

Go at your own pace. It's not a race. You do not want to get hurt. The first time my husband did it he only made it like 5 mins. He kept at it & soon he was able to do the whole thing.

I am a full time mom & I work full time out of the house. It's a balancing act but, once you the perfect balance you will be amazed what you can accomplish. Although, am still trying to find my perfect balance...one day at a time  Please feel free to add me for support.

I suggest checking around at your local stores. I was just able to find one on clearance because it was last years style & color. I don't care that it was last years style or colors I just care that it fit me & looked great on me  Good luck finding your perfect bathing suit

You've taken the first step by starting over. I have always been on the heavier side until about 5 years ago when I lost about 50lbs. LOVED my new body. Kept eating right & working out for awhile. But, had a weekend where I didn't and didn't gain but, that weekend turned into a few years. And, a few years turned into a few…
