This is a personal choice & it should only concern the two that would be the parents. No one should have a say in your decession to have children, other than you & your hubby. To each their own. I tend to get negative attention because my husband & I have only one child. I hear about how my sons needs to have more siblings…

I totally recommend trying it. I personally love her workouts. And the 30 day shred is one of my fav!! I do not do it everyday as I also run & lift but, it is great to add to any routine.

Too funny I just posted this on my MFP home page...I HATE this...I can't stand hearing people chew gum, and they look like cows chewing their cud. Worst part is I am stuck in a hot stuffy conference room sitting next to someone doing it. I just want to SLAP them!

I always cook extra at dinner. While cleaning up from dinner, I also pack up a container for my lunch the next day.

When I work out at night I try to do it a few hours before bed. So my body can rest & I still can get a good night sleep. If the only available time I have is too close to bed I will do something relaxing like yoga or pilates.

I use sliced plum tomatoes instead of sauce. I sautee garlic & spinich. Before puting it on the pizza. Top with mozzerla and a spinkle of feta. Bake until golden. Enjoy.

I am a total coffee freak. I love regular coffee, flavored coffee, iced coffee...sho am I kidding I LOVE all coffees!! I used to drink so much but, have slowly brought myself down to just one cup a day. And, now I don't really miss it but, once in awhile I do have 2 or 3 cups instead of my 1.

Maybe add some more protien and or fiber. I love cheerio's but, they never keep me feeling full. Increasing your calories might be a good idea overall. 1200 is not a lot of calories.

I use things I have around the house for my weights. I started with soup cans. And, moved onto Laudry detergent bottles with water in them. And, have since started adding sand into them to make them heavier.
