Yes, if you plan your calories correctly you can eat a ton of food! There are days when i feel like I have done nothing but eat all day and I still have calories left over! Its a good problem to have though.

Okay, firstly take a deep breath. Sounds like you are using food to calm and soothe yourself because of all the stress you have going on. So what you need to do is find things that do that that don't involve food. Perhaps take a bath, or read a book, call a friend, or go for a walk outside, or listen to some music.…

Oh, I totally do this! I'll have a good week and show a good number on the scale and then I'll totally sabotage myself. however, the longer I spend eating healthy foods a couple of things happen. 1). I crave unhealthy foods less and less making it easier to stay on track and 2) When I do eat unhealthily it just makes me…

600 calories a day? really? I'd be dead on that plan.. and exercise? forget it. Seems very low to me.

Pretty close.. i'm just 33 instead of 30. twins, 3 years apart :)

I have a polar F4 and LOVE it. I have had it for more than 5 years now and its still awesome. I have had to replace the battery twice but considering how much use I get out of it, no big deal. I swim, bike, run with it. It has a chest strap and is just a watch, its a little bulky but very easy to use/read. I forget how…

I usually gain 2-4lbs around TOM and it can take up to a week for it to disappear again. Your body fluctuates, keep doing the right things, eat your calories, workout, drink water, water, water and your body will come down again. Totally natural.. just keep doing the right thing :)

Okay, so 100 calories is about one apple and maybe a tsp of peanut butter. Grab a handful of nuts.. 100cals. If you are still losing and you don't want to be you need to increase your intake. Eat an ounce of cheese. Doesn't have to be huge amounts.

The brain functions on one thing: glucose. Where does the body get glucose from? Carbohydrates. So if you want to starve your brain go ahead. Carbohydrates are not bad. processed refined carbs, maybe... whole grains, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatos. Not bad. All part of a healthy diet!

Doesn't matter when you get your calories as long as you're within your budget your fine.. don't sweat it :) Good luck with your weigh in.

If you have been losing at 1500 and you now want to maintain you will need to add in some calories, probably only 200-300 per day, you'll have to play around a little with it. Remember, exercise is not just for weight loss, its for your health. your heart is a muscle and if you do not exercise it, it will weaken. The…

WLS is no way the easy option, however, you will need to make dietary changes regardless. Take the opportunity now, while you have the choice, to make the changes and get yourself all set up. Good luck with your choice. There is a company Protica that makes protein beverages that are high in protein but only 3oz, we sell a…

I don't think your diet looks that bad, I think you are doing well with fruits and vegetables. Sugar from fruit will always be high but its not all bad. I don't think anyone ever got fat from eating too many apples. I buy all my fruits and veg at the beginning of the week and get them all cut up so I snack on…

If you are working out that much you deserve a little treat. Get something high in nutrition, high in calories.. like nuts, or peanut butter or avocado or full fat chocolate milk (great recovery drink).

Okay, before you say "fail" and screw yourself up lets get a little perspective here. You're 30 calories over for the day? that's NOTHING! you made some good choices, you probably didn't eat things you would have eaten normally. I don't call that a failure, I call it a starting point. When we learn something like a new…

Fruit, cut up vegetables, low fat string cheese, crackers and hummus, yogurt. Apples and PB, protein shake, hard boiled eggs. The lists are endless!

I would look sick at 120, I'm 5'5, currently 165 and aiming for 140. I used to be 145 and wearing a size 6, not sure I'd want to be smaller than that. You have to find the comfortable weight for you though.

This will absolutely sabotage all your efforts. You can easily eat way over your calories on the weekends, undoing all the hardwork you have done during the week. Just take a weekend and don't change anything, just track what you actually eat. You may be suprised at how much you are consuming.

Good weight loss is anywhere between .5 and 2lbs per week so you're perfectly on track! Great job on the consistent weight loss!

As I understand it you don't eat your exercise calories back with TDEE because they are already calculated in there. I would say this would only be on days you exercise, on non exercise days it would be less.

Make up batch meals of your own. Do slow cooker meals that you can take for lunch/dinner. Once you stop eating frozen meals and start eating unprocessed foods you will only taste salt if you eat the frozen ones. WAY high in sodium.

That does seem high for 90minuts of dancing. I bought my HRM more than 5 years ago and i LOVE it! I swim, bike, run with it. I have replaced the battery twice and its still goign strong. i have a polar F4, gives me HR and calories burned. In order to comment on calories we would need to know more.. how tall are you, what's…

I looked over your diary, its not bad. What are you looking for tips/help with.

MFP already calculates a deficit into your day, so by not eating your calories you're probably not eating enough. You're eating 1200 but you're burning 500 and by not eating them back that means you're only giving your body 700 calories a day to mantain all its functions. Lots of people have gotten off a plateau by eating…

Meat and veggies?? anything that doesn't come out of a packet.

There are lots of mean people out there but there are lots of supportive people too. Don't listen to the naysayers. Remember, people on here spout all sorts of crap without having a clue what they are talking about. However, there are some people who have some really good advice. DOn't let it get you down!

I've been seeing some great recipes for a quinoa slow cooker oatmeal that looks very yummy. I second the Ezekiel bread with PB is yummy.

600 calories for a restaurant meal (with dessert) is actually pretty good. Remember in restaurants not to be afraid to ask for things how you want them. Also, many restaurants offer fresh fruit or sorbet for dessert.

Delicious!
