Fell of the wagon, and got run over a couple of times

Yeah, i ordered jeans online, my current ones were 10's and way too big but I didn't know if it was because they had stretched over time. Well, i got them and they fit!!! Size 8 GAP! yeah.. feeling awesome!

Okay, I'm sure this has been asked but I need clarification. When I calculate my BMR it is 1527. Isn't this the number you shouldn't eat less than? I think I need to plan more snacks into my day. I'm starving around 10:30am/11am and then again aroudn 3/4pm. So thinking that maybe a 200cal snack at both those times would help. Any suggestions?
