Fell of the wagon, and got run over a couple of times

Ugh, I'm not entirely sure what happened the last two weeks. i got my new size 8 jeans then fell off the wagon. I ate to the point of being uncomfortable several times.. I had multiple slices of pizza, white bread with sandwich meat and butter (which I haven't done in years!) and more potato chips and chocolate than I care to admit. Last night, after way too much wonton soup and shrimp fried rice I realized this party is over! This is not what I am committed to. This morning I was up 5lbs on the scale (not over night but in two weeks). I feel so much better when I eat well and take care of myself. So I am back on track this morning... my eating is not 100% clean because I have some foods to finish eating (budget doesn't allow simply trashing them), but they are in reasonable portions and supported with fresh fruit and vegetables. Its been a rough ride but I'm getting back on track!
