Weight Training and Hunger

I started weight training again this week. I did 4 weights workouts, 2 upper body, 1 lower body and one circuit. I have been doing cardio lately but no weight training. Ever since Tuesday I have been really hungry! Anyone else experience this? i can see the body responding over time to more calories needed but the next day? does it pass?
