November Goals

What are your November goals? I set goals in October and didn't make them. Its a new month and we are nearing the end of the year. What are your goals?
1. Get some form of exercise EVERY day.
-This could be a 45min run or a 30min walk, a spin class or a video at home. Something.
2. Lose 5lbs
-I have been struggling with my weight and its creeping again on me (probably due to a lack of exercise amoung other things!).
3. Make Heathly choices and stay within my calorie ranges
-I haven't been making healthy choices and I haven't been tracking my calories.
Its basically a back to basics month. I just ended my relationship and its time to focus on me. What are you focusing on this month?

1. Go to the gym a minimum of 5 days a week
2. Control myself- don't binge
3. Stop eating when I'm full
4. Stop buying unhealthy foods- if I don't have it, I can't eat it!
5. Run 4 miles without stopping
6. Get serious about strength training!0 -
1.) improve on my PT test
2.) Test my max on my lifts again
3.) Finish my psmf
4.)Work on pushups and situps for my PT test (not everyday)
5.) Food induced coma on Thanksgiving ;D0 -
I've split it into 2 categories:
Running goals
•Increase long runs to at least 15miles, aim for 7 thoroughout the month
•Include hill sessions to increase speed
•Run 80% of the days in November (24 days!)
Nutrition goals
•Increase protein levels
•Regularly eat at least 750 calories, building up to 1000
•Try at least 3 new foods0 -
Mine are not super well defined at the moment. Roughly -
1. Focus on learning perfect form for the core lifts - squat, press, bench press, deadlift, power clean
2. Make measurable strength improvements
3. Always eat maintenance level of calories or more0 -
1) Pray for snow in the mountains.
2) Train 5x per week.
3) Weekly average NET calories within 50 calories of Goal every week during November.
4) Go skiing on the 24th.
5) Ride the vanpool to work every day.0 -

2. work out 6 days a week
3. go to bed before midnight
4. 84 kg :P0
