my day is about the same as yours. I decided that exercise was more important to me than laying in bed so I now get up at 4 am and work out. at first it was a tad rough to do, but now I'm used to it, my body's used to it and I feel great!! change the battery first, when the battery starts to get low on a digital scale they go a tad whacky. if that doesn't work..................off to the landfill with it!! lol.

as long as you're eating healthy and drinking you're water you'll be fine. I rarely eat all my exercise calories and I feel incredible. Have an awesome day.

they recommend getting close to it, if you exercise you get bonus calories to use if you want them.

I'm no doctor but this is what I've found. stop drinking really cold water. when I do this I find that I sweat like a dog. I drink room temp water and it's easier for your body to absorb it and it balances you out.

I didn't have mfp. by that I mean not only am I getting positive feed back from many people every day, but I also feel accountable to everyone I've friended and as a result will not give in. I hold people accountable to their diets (as much as possible) and expect them to do the same for me. as a result we all win. great…

if you're exercising the body requires it to help your muscles grow. it also gives you something to run on from my perspective :)

theres a ton of stuff you can do. if you have access to weights use the dumb bells to work the upper body extra. if not use cans of soup. you can do crunches etc. good luck with it and may the Lord bless you as you heal.

don't be shy, we're all in the same boat. every journey starts with a single step and you've just taken your first one grats!! based on how close you are to your goal weight, I wouldn't suggest even trying to do this. it would be unhealthy.

not only would I recommend strength training if your able to (if not anything extra along with a good diet will help you), I'd suggest it's the best way to not only loose weight but see results. the body adapts quickly to what you do so through strenghth training you can continue to shock it into good results. diet is #1…

I've started stirfrying lots of different veggys or making veggy packs and doing them on the bbq. throw in lots of spices (garlic, onion, pepper etc.) and they taste great it's quick and it has low calories. my kids (18,19) have begone requesting them because of the flavors.
