I had this problem with my new fitbit flex and it was driving me mad. What sorted mine in the end was disconnecting device from both accounts, resetting the flex (instructions on Fitbit site) then setting it up again. It has worked fine since. Hope this helps as I know how frustrated I was getting with it.

You have done brilliantly so far. Are you remembering to keep to the balance of your plate ie a third of your plate on superfree? This plan seems to work well for lots of people. For me (like any regime) it works when I stick to it!

Good luck I started following slimming world after seeing brilliant results from work colleagues. I too have lost lots before and put it all back on and more and am determined this time will be different. I have joined slimming world online as easier for me - what is your local group like? Sure it will work well for you.

Hiya I am joined slimming world online last Monday and have lost 4.5Lbs in my first week which I am delighted with. I have been to classes before but really didn't like the approach - found my local class too like fat fighters.

I think I read on the Fitbit group r site that if you have this problem you just log sart and end of journey. For me I just use it as a motivator day on day

I use the cals based on my fitness pal and ignore those on Fitbit. It motivates me to increase my number of steps. It counts the number of times you go upstairs, distance walked etc. have to e careful tht you don't double count exercise so have to log a start and stop time when you do exercise over and above walking.
