This may have already been mentioned, but one thing you can do is to use bib lettuce or large lettuce leaves as a wrap for your meat, cheese, veggies, or whatever you normally like in your sandwiches. It is absolutely delicious and one of my favorites, though I haven't had it in awhile. Very filling when you do that too.

fruits and veggies. I love to have an apple or banana. Carrots are good too with lite ranch dressing. 100 calorie packs are great when you just NEED something junky.

I have an app on my phone that has nutrition facts for over 400 restaurants. I paid $1.99 for it and it has been well worth it.

I don't see where she said anything about body fat. She said BMI. GREAT JOB!!!! I can't wait until I hit the overweight mark and am no longer considered obese.

I am scared to death of worms. Every kind. I live in NC and have no ac in my car. In the spring when those little green worms hang from trees and its hot as hell out, I will drive with the windows up so none get in my car.

I used to weight twice a day. Then I knew I was eating wrong so I didn't weigh at all for months. Now I try not to weigh more than twice a week, but sometimes I weigh more often. I know that weighing too often discourages me when I see the normal fluctuations, but sometimes I just can't seem to help myself.

I tried Slimming World and ended up gaining weight rather than losing. It just wasn't for me. I have a friend who did it and lost 50 lb and has kept it off for several years.

No less than 1200. That is NET calories. So if you exercise and burn 300 calories, you need to eat 1500 in order to lose weight. Otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto every calorie you consume.

I did 30 day shred last year and haven't done it since. I actually just started again on Saturday. I am in so much pain all over, lol, but it feels GOOD!

Atkins shakes are really good and you don't have to be on atkins to have them. Very filling and high in protein while low in sugar.

If I stall, I will allow a cheat day and usually it helps to jumpstart the loss again. Other than that I try not to cheat because I worry it will become a month long cheat or worse.
