NSv: I went from 29.8% overweight

29.1% overweight weighing in today at 171 pounds. glad my daughter's wii has a bmi checker so I can see where I'm at.

actually it's 29.1 BMI. it's not a percent of how much body fat you have, that is something different. Body fat is a percentage but you'd probably have something higher than 29% (but not necessarily) if you are in the overweight category:

I don't see where she said anything about body fat. She said BMI.
