Calories!!

how many calories should i be eating a day to loose about 3lb a week im 4ft9 and 166lb :)

    No less than 1200. That is NET calories. So if you exercise and burn 300 calories, you need to eat 1500 in order to lose weight. Otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto every calorie you consume.
