Hi I started at 146 and am almost to my mini goal of 139. Then going to my real goal of 130. I am vegan for the time being and it's going way easier now that I cut out all dairy meat and sugar.

Well if your anything like me and allow yourself just a tiny bit. We'll then I end up eating it all. It's cold turkey for me I cannot even be near chocolate for fear I will eat it all. So that's why I won't touch it until I reach my goal.

It is really hard but I do lots of egg whites and tomatoes and apples and bananas. I go over sometimes but that's because I don't log all my excersize I only count about half of exercize

Yes everyday is almost the same. Egg whites and whole grain bread. Amys gluten free vegetable lasagna. And egg whites for dinner. I eat apple banana and cottage cheese for snack. This is everyday. I also take a good vitimin.

I just started yesterday on a new journey to weight loss and it looks like I lost 1 stick and 1 tablespoon of butter. Not bad for 1 day.

Belly. boobs. inner thigh and a little in the face. What got me motivated to loose weight was a client asked if I was pregnant. PREGNANT! Wtf no I'm just fat! 147 lbs when she told me this I'm 5'4.

I definitely have worse anxiety when I'm eating gluten. And stomach cramps. Also buckwheat bothers me.

I'm in even though I'm starting a little late. I fount thw best lunch. Amys gluten free teriyaki burrito it's only 260 calories and filling and sooo good.

Thanks everyone for all your input. I have decided to do juice and a banana for breakfast. And keeping my meals light and healthy and juice throughout the day.

The juice fast is for a cleanse to just kick start my weight loss. I know it's not for long term I have done this before and I lost 10 lbs but over 4 years gained it back. I gain I loose I gain it's just a matter of sticking to healthier choices.
