I eat oatmeal 1/2 cup when un cooked. with 4 oz of strawberries in it. I also put in sugar free syrup.

I will eat the healthy snacks I bring instead of eating a chocolate shake and burger. I feel really bloated. Two bad days in a row. No more cheating. I feel yucky afterwards anyways. :(

I agree. I am muscular in the upper back arms and legs. I think for me 130 is my minimum. I'm 5'4. I wouldnt want to look sick because I'm too skinny. Everyone's different.

I went vegan 1 month ago I have stayed around d 1200 calories. I walk for 1 hr a day lift weights once a week. I'm feeling clear headed that's the biggest change and I'm regular if you know what I mean. Oh and I've lost 7.2 lbs. What's the biggest changes for you?

I drink 2 liters of water a day. I eat only plant based food. Like fruits veggies oats nuts seeds. No dairy or meat or sugar or even eggs. I do not eat back my excersize calories either. 5.5 pounds down. Although I a just to my body. Like it might say I have 400 calories at the end of the day from exercise but I don't eat them. I found if I ate back even half I don't lose weight.
