I'm wondering about this too. I would think that some steps are built in to the calorie settings, but I would also think that if I walk more than normal I should be able to count that towards my cardio.

You already look so much younger!

Feel free to add me. I have a 13 month old at home and am still working on losing the weight!

I'm in the same boat. 3 weeks late, 3 negative tests. I'm not too worried about it yet. If I miss another I'll get worried. If you're really worried, you should just ask your doctor what it could be and have him run some tests.

I am not a fan of skinny jeans on anyone!!

I think I tried that awhile ago, but it was buggy. Does it work well now? I've been thinking about getting back on it.

Tell her that it's something you're really passionate about and why. Explain that you would really appreciate her support, even if it isn't the decision she would make.

I got some at Walmart that I like. I think they are the Danskin kind. It seems like they usually just put pockets in men's shorts!!

If I were you, I would just go ahead and comply. How hard can it be to find a snack without nuts in it? BUT, if I were the mother, I'd send a snack with my child just in case someone did send something she couldn't eat.

This happened to me, too. Measure yourself and wait a month. I also stopped weighing for 3 weeks. When I weighed and measured again I had lost 3.5 lbs and 4 inches!

I got a cookbook called Fix it and Forget it Lightly. It's entirely devoted to healthy crock pot recipes and the couple that I've tried are really tasty!

I used to do desk pushups and crunches in bed (makes them harder!!!). You can also do dips on your chair, if you have a sturdy one and lunges down the hallway.

That sounds so good! I would love to find more things to do with green beans. I love to get them in a restaurant, but I never know what to do with them at home.

Instead of eating when you get stressed, just work out! I know it sounds crazy and the first few weeks are hard. If I get stressed and eat a donut, I am still fairly stressed and then I feel lazy and fat. If I get stressed and get on the floor and do 20 crunches, I get up with a can-do attitude. It's so much easier to…

Good for you!

I understand that it makes things a lot harder. But, I think that at a certain point you have to realize that you're an adult now and you make the decisions in your life. I think that the first step is finding a way to rise above what you experienced. Each subsequent step becomes easier and easier.

This is so good to hear. I don't know why, but it helps me to know that I'm not the only one who struggles with little things like that. I try to do the same thing. I think "Wow I totally blew my calories yesterday." But yesterday is just one day. Just one day in a huge amount of days that it will take me to get where I…

It's beautiful!! Good luck, you can do it!

Someone recommended the book 'Fix it and Forget it Lightly' to me. Bought it, but haven't made anything out of it. They're all recipes that you throw into the crock pot and let it cook while you're at work or whatever. It also lists nutrition info for each recipe! A lot of the recipes look amazing!!

Welcome! I have a one year old son and am trying to get the weight off (slowly). Something I'm trying to keep in mind: as you watch children on a daily basis, it's hard to see them grow, but if you weigh them once a month, or take a picture once a month to compare, you start to see changes. Do this as you start your…

I am doing about the same thing. I started working out 7 weeks ago and started on the site 2 weeks ago. My weight loss has stalled and I was getting very frustrated. I had all but given up when I went to the doctor yesterday and he told me I had lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks! Hang in there! You're probably building muscle as…
