try searching candida or atkins diet recipes, they have similar restrictions

I'm 120 right now and it wants my to be eating 1700 calories. I feel like I eat a lot, I'm not hungry and don't restrict myself at all. I am conflicted between listening to my body and what amount I am "supposed" to be eating

when I lived alone I would cook family size meals and then freeze the remainder into individual servings. After a week you have a months worth of meals and its easier to stick to healthy options since there is always something quick on hand

I would stop drinking the pop everyday. It's full of sugar and empty calories. It can also make you retain water. When I stopped drinking 2 cans of diet pepsi per day I lost 5 pounds withing a week
