Level 3 Day 5 done. 5 more to go! Down about 5 inches and 3 pounds. Can't wait to see final results and take pics when I'm done!

Level 3 day 4 done! Feeling good. Not sure why I still post here as it appears no one else is around but I've gone this long, might as well finish.

Level 3 Day 3 done. I really pushed it this morning and the sweat was dripping. I so badly want to make my next goal by Valentines Day!

Level 3 day 2 done. It's a killer but I enjoy it more than level 2. Definitely working out my shoulders because I sure feel it now. Anyone still around?

Level 2 done! On to level 3 tomorrow. Finally dropped another pound as well. Not really seeing any changes in inches unfortunately but I'll take what I can get.

Hey Tiffany - Have you taken a rest day? If not, you might want to go ahead. I made the mistake of trying to push through last time around and injured both my knee and my ankle, including a nasty spraign. Being extra careful this time. One day off might be just what you need.

Well, day 5 felt pretty good but today (day 6) not so much. I really struggled with having any energy this morning. I did drink a few beers with my husband last night (oops) so I figure that's why 5:20 wasn't as friendly as usual. ;) Hopefully tomorrow morning will go much smoother!

Day number 3 of level 2. I really didn't want to work out today but felt so proud after I did. Lol. Now I can go on and enjoy my day and not feel guilty! tonilizzy - glad you're going to keep going! It's lonely here on the level 2 board. ;)

How about substituting ground turkey for ground beef? I do that a lot for spaghetti, tacos, sloppy joes, chilli etc... so that my husband and kids will be happy and I can cut back the cals. Also, skinnytaste.com, as others have recommended, has great recipes. Good luck!

Day 10 complete. Level one done. Happy to report I am 2.4 pounds down. Haven't done measurements to compare yet but might tomorrow morning if I have time! Hope everyone else is sticking with it and seeing some great results.

Just did day 3 this morning before work. I was so sore at the beginning of the work out but loosened up a bit. As excited as I am to move on through, I know how hard level 2 is and am dreading it at the same time. Has anyone else done the shred before or snuck a peak at level 2?

Starting over today! I missed a couple days and then got sick. Decided I would just wait until Nov 1 and start fresh! Wish me luck for a better go at it. I've done it once, I can do it again.
