Week 3 Day 3 done! I think next week is when it's going to get really challenging for me. Six more weeks of the program and seven weeks until my first 5K.

Hi! Feel free to add me. I have boy/girl twins as well who are now 14 (almost 15) months old. I also have two older children. My large family is a blast but having kids, especially young twins, makes finding time to work out a bit challenging.

Today is really only my third day but so far so good. The babies are still sleeping better than they were last time I tried to start working out so if they continue, I plan to start either 30 day shred or Ripped in 30 on Monday.

I just had my twins 12 weeks ago. I gained 30 lbs with them. I lost all the weight by a month post partem but have now gained about 5 lbs back. I just had surgery last Tuesday to remove a lump under my armpit. As soon as that is healed, I plan to start working out and really putting the effort in to pick up where I left…

I think week 4 is more fun. I have definitely sweated in it more although I don't really think it's harder. Make sense? Nah, I didn't think so. I don't understand it either. Lol.

Week 3 Day 2 done. I am definitely feeling this level in my shoulders and arms. Ouch. But a good ouch, I suppose, if there is such a thing.

Week 2 Day 3. Really didn't want to do it today but I am glad I did. I went out last night to see a friend I hadn't seen since this summer. Had a wonderful time but definitely felt it today. On to day 4 tomorrow.

Finished Day 1 of Level 2. Some of the moves were so weird to me. I am very uncoordinated so I'm glad no one was around to see my attempt. Hopefully the moves will make more sense tomorrow. I can barely walk without tripping over my own feet so we shall see.

I completed level 1 day 5 this morning. I took a rest day on Sunday due to having a lot of family at my house. It wasn't what I had planned but oh well. That's what I get for sleeping in later than everyone else. ;) My original plan was to do 6 days on, followed by a rest day. Trying to decide now if I should skip my rest…
