level 1 d8 done! some stuff is getting easier, but increasing weights feels more of a burn. i run in place for some of the cardio, since it is softer for my heels. knee is bothering me today.

level 1 day 7 is done. sore today from double workout yesterday. those pushups are my downfall. also those last bicycles get me too. I moved on to 2 pound weights today, but i think i will try 3 pounds out in the next 3 days. Everyone is doing awesome!

I was going to take a rest from shred today, but decided I could do it. I went to the gym and did 90 minutes on the treadmill, then came home and did l1d6.. i am beat now.

so far i have lost 14 pounds in 2 months. in the past i have done 30 pounds in about 4 months. i aim to exercise 4 days for 90 minutes.

I use the treadmill at 4.0 mph. I slowly got faster.

I try to do 2 cups with breakfast, 2 cups with lunch and 2 cups with dinner. Then 1 cup with each of my snacks. I drink all my water before 8 pm. Sometimes I will throw in a lemon, crystal light or fake crystal light. I have mio, but have not tried it yet.

depends on where you live. i should hopefully graduate in december with associates in nursing. I have already applied and accepted as long as i pass to a rn to bsn program. in my state lpn's are rarely hired and most hospitals are required bachelor degree nurses.

I am 5'4". My weight watcher goal to lifetime again is 141. I have been 135 and I liked that. I would love to get lower. I want to see if i can maintain that. I have lost 13 pounds so far with about 20 to go.

I feel the same way. I feel a lot of it is mental. I finished week 7 after a week off of family in town. I pushed myself through the 25 minutes.

I did w7d1 today. I had a hard time with w6d3, but w7d1 felt a lot better. I am crawling compared to the rate everyone else is going. I am just happy to finish. I am hoping that with time I can speed up a little. I tried to speed up a little with w6d3, but my body felt achier.

I did w5d3 this morning. With my husband next to me and good music to listen to, I made it through the 20 minutes. It was not very fast, but I made it. i did not find w5d2 bad at all. I am not looking forward to d3. I think my body can do it, but my mind might not make it.

I did w4d3 today. I think I am going to try to do w5d1 on tuesday, but if i do not make it through i am going to repeat w4d3.

I did w4d2 yesterday on the treadmill. The gym felt so hot. I am going to do w4d3 tomorrow and hope to get near a fan. I also had my first side stitch yesterday, which put a damper on my run.
