Lift some heavy stuff!! Cardio...doesn't tighten the extra fluff...lifting tightens all the places that are hard to get rid of, seriously!

^^Agreed I too, hung out with all my boy cousins, climbed trees, fences..played rough, fought, played with hot wheels,/matchbox cars..and I was normally the leader of the raucous bunch....my dolls collected dust as I preferred legos and racetracks..I'm as girly as it gets..know what I want, attain it and not worry about…

Depending on your body...how much you train it, is going to determine how much & how numerous you eat throughout the day...I eat all day at times, running into each other, but I also train hard :wink:
