I have a 6 month old kitten, Rupert. This is a photo of Rupert trying to smuggle himself in my gym bag (taken two days ago).

I think this sounds fun. Count me in! Have you created the private group yet?

^Agreed. I am in 'remission' for EDNOS and establishing a healthy relationship with food should be your first priority.

Actually, in the last three months I have been getting a period twice a month, where it lasts 3 days (2 light days, 1 heavy). I had an ultrasound and blood-work done last week and will see my physician next week. I am afraid I have premature ovarian failure or premature menopause (I am 28 yrs). Edit: I just read the posts…

Yea, I am finishing up writing my thesis and work part-time on developing an online physics course - that is at least 70 hrs/ wk. I go to bed 11 pm - 12 am and wake up at 5 am, and head to the gym before work. How much time did you spend writing this post? You probably could have done 5 reps of something. You seem to have…

^THIS. When I lost a lot of weight (too quickly, the first time, ~120 lbs) it was an enormous disappointment that all of my unhappiness, problems, and other issues didn't simply melt away too.

I think whatever is DD here is an E there. I started out with a 38H, now I am a 32/34G.

At your weight and height, 1330 cal is too low. I took a look at your diary, and you consistently eat much lower than 1200 calories - sometimes 400-1000 cal/ day. You mentioned in another thread a few weeks ago that you have EDNOS (I am in remission for the same illness). Do you think you should be giving advise to other…

I would be very upset if mine dropped below an F cup. D is not a large cup size at all....

I have an exhaustive list of things that make me irrationally angry. This is a recent one: People who put on body or deodorant spray/ perfume in the cardio area, next to the treadmills, after they finish their run. I find myself quite unable to breath and my throat burns. This past week I have been keeping an eye out for…

I have a history of EDNOS, and for me food falls into two categories: triggering foods and everything else. The list of triggering foods contains what would be labelled as 'junk' and also unexpected items like cereal, potatoes, crackers, (cow) cheese, etc.... Everyone forms some sort of food dichotomy, but is it really…

I am an H cup (yea they come that large) and it is really important that your breasts are fully supported, otherwise the strap/transmitter will move too much and you will lose the signal. I have to wear two bras, but ever since I did the strap now sits right under the sports bra/ just under the band.

Yup... defending in early Feb.

Have you tried any of the Polar FT series HRM? I had a FT4 and now a FT60 and they are absolutely wonderful.

QFT. See a counsellor.

I did, but I don't celebrate Xmas. I also don't rub it in the faces of other people who have decided to take a few days off to enjoy the holiday.

Your skin is so much clearer!

I am cat sitting for a fellow grad student who is in Scotland for the holidays. Since the buses are not running, I decided to walk 12 km (16,000 steps) one way (~775 cal). I am terrible DOMS today and I am not sure if I can walk the entire way back....

I would suggest making a few small changes. Try more nutrient dense snacks; instead of crisps and cake every day, try nuts, dried or fresh fruit, hummus and crackers, protein bars, and dark chocolate (70%+ which is high in iron). You may find that your blood sugar levels are more stable throughout the day. I try to think…

I can appreciate how difficult it is to begin a new eating and fitness regimen with a new baby. I think the best strategy is to prepare snacks and meals beforehand (where you know the calories per serving) that you can grab on a moments notice.

I used this calculator: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ For a 5'2" 28 yr female who is 105 lbs and is active 4x a week, your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE, the amount of energy you burn a day, on average) is ~1650 cal. This would be maintenance calories. However, if you do a lot of physical activity on a daily…
