Sprouts and Whole foods are good sources. Super markets do tend to go national, even international to get stuff in season.

Raised RC. Started to question it when they said my non-RC freinds would not be in heaven with me.??? Totally fell out of religion in college. Looked around as my kids grew. Church can be a good way to teach morals. Found my Christian church. It has turned around alot of my perspectives. No guilt as the RC church as a ton…

I check at least every Monday morning. If it is an increase, I will check again for 1-2 days. It does come lower. Also, Sundays are my salty days. for some reason I take in too much on that day. So, the extra weight sould be all water. I have been watching it bounce around by 3 pounds over a week.

Breads!! Any type of baked goods. I have an awful sweet tooth, but starch satifies it. I got over my diet coke every day thing but changing to tea and chai. Chai to start the day, cold or hot tea as the day goes on. I need the flavor. I like water esp when working out. But tea gives some flavor and few if any calories, for…

Hello, I live in Frederick. I am looking for some local help/support to be sure! My plan for the summer is to climb Twin Sisters in RMNP in August. I have 2 kids 10 boy and 13 girl, and a fabulous hubby who love me for who I am. (Why he is still there after 20 yrs) I love hiking and biking. I will be riding most of my days…

I asked my kids last night if they had asked Santa for anything. They told me what they wanted (fortunately got it for them). I asked when they asked Santa. They are 9 and 12, I did not take them to see Santa, and they did not write letters. My 12 yr old dtr states "We prayed to Jesus to ask Santa for us." Okay, that works.

My FIL sends out gifts every year. He asks what we want/need, then buys what ever he finds. One year he sent all of his kids a sink plunger. The next year, he sent it again. Now I have 2 under the kitchen sink. It really is the thought. He is trying. Love him. The presents have gotten better since he let his current wife…

First week in January. Husband usually wants them down by then. It will depend on the weather. If you have to break ice to get them down , forget it! We have let the snow bury some things, usually found by the end of January.

I work as a paramedic at a local ER. During days off I enjoy reading, biking, geocaching, snowshoeing, camping, reading. Mostly just getting outside!

Yes, I remember them all!! Making "special" tapes for your friends/BFs. MY brother, sister and I had to share one stereo between us on a cart with an 8 track player.

My hubby says when she is a 2nd degree black belt (she should have her first degree in about 6 months) We have talked about boys and such. At 12 she is not interested yet. Some of her friends "date", which she thinks is too much drama.

I am diabetic, too. I can use splenda without any problems. I find some others have a stonger aftertaste. Aspartame makes me more hungry. So it is just a matter of what is available for her, and how she physically responds to them.

Amen!! You look awesome.

Welcome back! I just started too, knowing I have to keep track of what I eat and needed a place to keep me accountable for what I do. Remember to keep enjoying what ever you decide to do!
