  • I used to eat bread all the time - now I am a bit more careful. When I do eat it I choose Oroweat Healthful 10 Grain Bread - it is 80 calories a slice but has 8g fiber and 10g protein. I eat maybe 4-6 slices a week and it easily fits into my calorie goal.

  • The only thing that has ever worked for me is cardio - running for 20 minutes a day, biking a bunch or hitting the elliptical. Regular strength training items never gets rid of my gut. The P90X cardio and plyometrics program are in my opinion more fun than running and do a great job of burning fat.
