Treat it like any other day; budget the # of drinks you will have and exactly what you will eat. I always try to 'bank' some extra calories by working out that day - both weights and cardio.

I usually get a chicken taco salad, no bowl, no guacamole, no sour cream - covered in tons of salsa.

BMI is a highly generalized classification system, and certainly does not take lean muscle mass into account. Even at <10% BF, I am considered obese.
