Congratulations on making such a huge change. I agree that the dietician on the team should help. I seem to do best at 35,35,30 but I have not had surgery. Please keep us posted.

Just want to say congratulations on getting started!!! I wouldn't get too hung up on the exact calories. Pick something you can stick to and faithfuly track you calories . Most people lose more the first few weeks and then it slows down a d bit and comes in a step wise pattern no matter what program you pick.

People treat me differently, especially men. Before I started losing weight men would literally drop a door right in my face. Now, even young men clammer to hold the door for me.
