What would you guys recomend as far as macro percentages for somebody that is a year out of gastric bypass surgery? I try to stay high protein low carb but am not sure what to set my macro goal as!?

Congratulations on making such a huge change. I agree that the dietician on the team should help. I seem to do best at 35,35,30 but I have not had surgery. Please keep us posted.0

Enjoy all the foods
Try listening to your precious body as well, when hungry, does she ask for specific food(s) from any foods available? Possible how much? Seeing how the macro's are by having the food(s) desired, and how it fits in the total calories. Staying in line with total calorie allowance, being a bit under..
Noticing how you feel before, during, after eating. Feeling getting pleasantly full, not stuffed.. noticing having enough with the portion of choosing, or feeling having enough with a bit of food left on the plate.. see how it goes.
