  • I love IPAs and it sucks because they have so many freaking calories I can usually only fit one into my day and I want like 3 when I'm out lol. I try to stick to white wine or vodka with seltzer and lime/lemon. Lite beer is nasty.

  • I think I'm going to do her DVD "Shred it With Weights" ... I *think* it's 2 levels, each workout is 30 minutes and you use a kettlebell! Looks like fun.
  • I have the same issue - I can either get it done at like 10pm when the kids are in bed or before work at 5:30am. When the kids are in bed my bf wants to just chill and watch TV, not watch me jumping around lol! So I get up early and do it (except for weekends).

  • Finally started level 2! I did a lot of modifications and used 3lb weights so I could figure out what I'm doing. This level definitely requires some coordination and balance which i do not have lol. I like the cardio in this level better.
  • Ok I took measurements, level one I lost a total of .4lb and 3.75in :)
  • Day 10 done finally! I took 2 rest days during level one. I haven't lost any weight but have lost an inch around my natural waist and 1.5inches @ my belly button! Didn't measure anything else yet because I was in a rush. Can't wait to start level 2 tomorrow!
  • Didn't have a chance to get this done today, ill be finishing level one tomorrow morning, then onto level 2 finally on Wednesday.

  • Couldn't get day 8 done yesterday and i'm not so sure about today, I got 3 hours of sleep last night and ToM showed up this morning so i'm not feeling the greatest. I feel like i'm way behind everyone else!
  • Yay the baby went to bed early so I was able to get day 7 done! Definitely getting easier and I used 5lb weights for most strength moves. Really bored with this level though!

  • Resting today...I can only do this at 5:30am and I just could not wake up. I MIGHT get a chance to do it later but it's doubtful. Day 7 will likely be tomorrow. Oh and I bought 5lb weights last night for some of the moves!
