second time on MFP!
I started on here in November 2012 and lost 54lbs by August 2013. I went from 180 to 126. Since then I've been eating like a pig and not exercising; I gained back almost 20lbs! Still considered a "healthy" weight for my height (5'5") but I'd like to lose 10lbs. Looking for some new friends!

How much should I aim to lose per week?
So far I've lost 37lbs, I'd like to lose 16 more. I am already at a healthy weight for my height (5'5" 143lbs) but I could defnitely lose a bit more. How much should I aiming to lose each week with only 16 more lbs to lose?

Question about body fat %

What shoud I choose for activity level?
I'm not sure if I should choose sedentary or lightly active? I have a desk job, and I'm sitting from 7:10am til 5pm...but then when I get home I have an almost 6 month old and a 4 1/2 year old...I'm pretty much on my feet until bedtime cleaning up, doing dishes, giving the kids bath, getting stuff ready for the next…

Can someone explain this to me?
When I go into my goals it says that my calories burned from normal daily activity are 1970. My BMR is 1572. MFP set my calorie goal to 1220 per day in order to lose 1.5lbs/week. SO should I be netting 1220 calories per day? Or do I go by the BMR? Sorry I'm new at this and clueless ;) Yesterday I only netted 972 calories…
