If I walk in and see that someone has not properly flushed, I will flush it prior to doing any flushing of my own. So, really I'm just negating any water conserving efforts they had.

I really can't stand treadmills, so I run outside, and usually after 9pm. Most of my route is lit, some of it has sidewalks, and this time of year I'm battling icy spots, but none of that seems to bother me. I take my dog, throw on some flashy lights, and really enjoy the cold air.

My trainer has me do those holding onto an upright bar out in front for added support/stability. Looks goofy, but it gets the job done and I feel less like I'm going to smash my face into the floor. I'm still pretty new to lifting, but it's taken me about 5 weeks to start seeing small changes in inches and on the scale (I lift 3x/week and run 1-2). It definitely takes time.

Super creepy. Also, if I found out someone had done that to me, my first thought wouldn't be "oh, they must have thought I was cute" it would be "oh crap, I've done something to warrant putting me on 'people of walmart'" or something.....so, there's that.

Yep, I do this. I've tried some fancier ones recommended for larger chests, and just don't feel like I get that much more support than my ON ones. I'm cheap, so ON wins.

I only wipe it away first if I feel there is a very real and imminent threat to the coagulated ketchup actually coming off and/or interfering with the fresh ketchup. Otherwise, I leave it there.

I'm 5'10.25" with broader hips/shoulders so I can carry extra weight like champ. My goal weight is 170, but I'm less concerned with that number than I am with lowering my BF%. It can definitely be hard to NOT compare yourself to others, but you just gotta focus on what looks good on you!

Agreed - I knit, but don't count it as exercise. But, like others have said, it's relaxing and it definitely helps keep me from snacking while I watch tv.

I would also say add in some strength training if you can. I'm by no means an expert runner, but lifting weights has drastically improved my speed and endurance.
