The TDEE - 15 or 20% is a great place to start with your calories. I would also suggest that you don't need to do 30 min of cardio and 50 min of pilates EVERY day. Rest days are equally important. Yep, mine always gets red when I work out.... at any weight. I've just learned to love it (and wear cool tones).

Also, I would like to add that this diet is not sustainable long-term... Print media is dying out and soon you won't have any newspaper to eat.
