Normally I wouldn't jump into a thread this late, but I feel like good information isn't getting through, so I'll add my experience. I've always had a lot of back fat, but it's been disappearing... by strength training my entire body, eating a small caloric deficit, and watching my macros.

If you're really worried, just read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

Dairy is the one area where I really prefer not to do low/non-fat. It just doesn't taste good.

We've got lots of skunks in our area... 1 quart 3% hydrogen peroxide 1/4 cup baking soda 1 tablespoon dish soap Tomatoes and lemons don't do anything.

I am a terrible runner on a treadmill. It's harder on my knees (unless I'm at some sort of incline), my stride is a lot shorter, and it's incredibly boring. I definitely get more out of my runs when they're outdoors. Also, good for you for keeping up with your fitness through pregnancy!

I personally do not eat Paleo, but have gotten some good recipes from The Domestic Man blog (http://thedomesticman.com/). His story is pretty incredible too.

MFP really hasn't ruined anything for me. Although the forums do routinely reaffirm that I am above average intelligence. They're kind of like my very own Aibileen, constantly reassuring me....

Well, it definitely helps make unfunny things funny.

Just date his dad. That'll show him! Wait... what are we talking about?

Flat tire? I did an engine swap on my car. Whoopsie...I broke the rules. Although, to be fair, I DID need a man... so I could borrow his engine hoist.

My husband unapologetically used a coupon on one of our first dates. I put out.

I'm totally lap-sized.

Ugh, lucky! I recently bawled uncontrollably to a youtube video of a guy getting and Xbox for Christmas. Seriously... it was worse than Claire Danes' cry face.

Just here to watch.

I love my food scale. And for meats it's especially handy. I've routinely bought chicken breasts where the package says 4oz, but they're actually anywhere from 6-10oz.

Oh yeah, I routinely drink beer and wine. Hasn't hurt my weight loss - I just make sure it fits in my calorie/macro goals.

Is it a poo cobra?

I sleep like a fothermucking champ. Sorry, can't help you.

Bahahahahahaha!

Except that's not at all what I said. I agree, no cure.

Long term healthy sustainability. If you can lose weight eating more than your BMR, why wouldn't you?

I'm just going to leave this here (from another thread)...

I think it's important to understand that smoothies do not cause weight gain - a caloric surplus does. That being said, make sure you are logging everything and staying within your caloric goal, and you should be good to go.
